Manchester United’s failure to get all three points vs Arsenal was certainly a blow in their title aspirations but it gave fans an opportunity to reflect.
The last time Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men came up against the Gunners they lost in circumstances that were deemed unforgivable given the context.
This time around supporters weren’t all too happy but a statistic has emerged since showing that it’s not quite the end of the world.
United did have the chances to win the game and on another day they might’ve converted them and it’s obvious Solskjaer has to address the team’s performances vs the big sides this season.
However, for all the criticism the legendary Norwegian and his team are rightfully getting after the Arsenal performance, it’s also important to not forget what has happened over the past few months.

Whether or not performances have been good enough in the results shown above is frankly not all that important.

Solskjaer needs to nip the recent dip in form in the bud and quickly get his team back on track if he hopes to remain as title challengers.
