Reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Manchester United are in advanced discussions for Harry Maguire and will find out about Paulo Dybala’s situation in the next two or three days.
Maguire, who is a priority for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, is valued at around £80m by Leicester and the two clubs have been in talks this week.
While talk of a deal for the defender has been around for a while, the prospect of Dybala coming to Old Trafford is relatively new: only a few days ago was it revealed that Juventus would be willing to strike a swap deal involving Romelu Lukaku.
Gianluca Di Marzio, also very reliable, noted that Maguire to United was practically done, while Romano added that the club would find out about Dybala’s situation would become clear in the next few days.

in some days – 2 or 3 days I guess – the Dybala situation will be decided!

Reports have suggested that Dybala wants to fight for his place at Juve but the Argentine will first hold talks with new manager Maurizio Sarri about his place in the squad.
Maguire, on the other hand, is pushing for the move, which appears to finally be heading in the right direction.
This is classic Ed Woodward: a continent of silence and stagnation, followed by an absolute explosion. It promises to be an exciting final ten days of the transfer window.
