Former Manchester United defender and current Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville has dismissed claims that the sack is looming for Chelsea head coach Maurizio Sarri.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Neville explained that he expects Sarri to see out the season, but admits the pressure is still on him.
I don’t think Chelsea will sack him during the season but the warning signs are there which make you think it would be surprising if it went past the summer.
Not because I want him to leave – I think he’s doing a good job – but looking at it he probably realises the job he is in.

Serious doubts were raised about the Italian’s position as head coach at Stamford Bridge following a 4-0 thrashing away at Bournemouth last week.
Thankfully for Sarri, his side recovered in emphatic fashion with a thrashing of their own, putting five goals past Huddersfield over the weekend.
The victory put Chelsea back into the top four but Manchester United are now hot on the club’s tails.
It is unlikely that Chelsea will rush into any decision on Sarri’s future having only just brought in Gonzalo Higuain, a player that he has been craving since his arrival at the club.
The Blues are also inside the top four as things stand, something that will be considered as a minimum for Sarri this season.
