Chelsea linked with shock move to sign €150m-rated midfielder

Chelsea are being linked with an ambitious move to sign Saul from Atletico Madrid, in what would be a €150 million deal.

According to Fichajes.net, as cited on Calciomercato, Bayern and Barcelona are also keen on the player.

Atletico Madrid would reportedly sell if their humongous asking price was met.

Saul has been impressive in the middle of the park for Atletico Madrid in recent years and his performances have clearly not been going unnoticed.

While Saul would not be a direct replacement for Eden Hazard, should the Belgian go on and complete a move to Real Madrid in the summer, like many are tipping him to do, then Chelsea could have some big money to spend.

Barcelona have been long-term admires of Saul and may appear to be the most obvious next step as he continues to impress in La Liga.

The player is unlikely to be short of suitors if he does decide to leave Atletico in the near future.
