Manchester United star Anthony Martial has been in fine form in recent matches and has rightfully gotten due praise.
The Frenchman was seemingly not in Jose Mourinho’s good books but has managed to turn his career around at the club.
Having arrived during Louis van Gaal‘s reign, the former AS Monaco star enjoyed a near perfect few months in his debut season.
Martial then tapered off when Marcus Rashford made his meteoric rise in the second half of that same season and since failed to kick on.
However, there are plenty of positives of late to suggest the winger is back on track and he can prove so once again during the clash against Manchester City.

The signs certainly point to him having an outstanding game against the Citizens but there have been questions over his consistency.
Luckily there doesn’t appear to be any hint of him slowing down anytime soon and after bagging a brace against Chelsea, fans will back him to be equally effective against another top six side.
Anthony is known as United’s deadliest finisher and five goals from just eight shots tells it’s own story.
However, it’s his direct style of play that makes him just as dangerous as he’s happy to create chances for his teammates as well as bang in goals.
