French giants Paris Saint-Germain have joined the growing list of potential suitors looking to sign Cesc Fabregas.
According to Matt Spiro, Fabregas is one of three midfielders on their shortlist ahead of the transfer window.
With the club looking to strengthen in the middle of the park, they’re interested in deals to sign either Fabinho, Fabregas or Everton’s Idrissa Gueye.
The French side have been lacking in the middle of the park somewhat this season, with the bargain signing of free agent Lassana Diarra not enough to provide sufficient cover in Thomas Tuchel’s squad.
Fabregas will not be short of offers during next month’s window. AS Monaco and Milan have both been linked with moves to sign the player.
The Spaniard is out of contract in London at the end of the season and is unlikely to be offered a new deal, meaning his long-term future is looking increasingly likely to be elsewhere.
