Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has insisted he has no complains over his players’ attitudes ahead of the clash against Valencia.
The Portuguese boss leads his side out for their second fixture in the Champions League having beaten Young Boys last time around.
United need all three points at home if they are to have any hope of progressing beyond the group stage.
Mourinho can potentially save the club’s season from becoming a complete disaster by having a positive experience in Europe.
Thankfully he’s had no complaints over his players’ attitudes and fans should expect a fired up performance on the basis of his comments.
According to Metro, Jose said: “For myself, speaking of my own feelings, I am really happy that we have a game on Tuesday.
I am really happy that I now start immediately thinking about training tomorrow and about the match on Tuesday. I prefer that to only playing next Saturday, with one week of these bad feelings.
“I look forward to that match on Tuesday and I hope the majority of the players have this same kind of mentality, and that they are looking forward to Tuesday.
“I have no complaints with the players’ attitude.”
Unfortunately Mourinho had also said ahead of the loss to West Ham that his players had worked well all week and so he expects to see a win.
The Portuguese manager left the ball in the court of his players but was instead let down once again.
It seems as though whatever is happening on the training pitch is significantly better than what fans experience during match-days.
Normally this means it’s the result of a poor attitude amongst the players but Jose has protected his stars ahead of the clash against Valencia.
