Old Trafford rose to their feet when Zlatan Ibrahimovic came on for Manchester United during the Newcastle United match.
The Red Devils won 4-1 after falling behind early in the game and the Swedish hero made his first appearance since returning from his heavy injury.
United had different scorers for all their goals with Anthony Martial, Chris Smalling, Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku all on the scoresheet.
Ibrahimovic made his miraculous recovery just in time for his team’s upcoming busy winter period and fans couldn’t have been happier.
Although he statistically didn’t contribute to any of the goals, Zlatan was cheered on for every touch of the ball he had since coming off the substitute bench, much to supporters’ delight.
You don't try scissor kicks 7 months after you've torn your ACL AND your MCL unless your name is Zlatan fucking Ibrahimovic. Dare to Zlatan.

Superb to see Zlatan Ibrahimović back playing football for Manchester United. Great player to have in the dressing room. Proper leader.

You're 36 years old, you've just had a serious knee injury, you've made it back in record time and your first attempt on goal is you lying sideways in the air performing a martial arts styled kick. The guy might actually be right when he says he's not human. Dare to Zlatan.

Manchester United’s new number ten provides a much needed boost to Jose Mourinho’s squad as the club looked worryingly short of players at times already this season.
Ibrahimovic’s return means that Lukaku will now have to be on his toes in order to keep his starting XI place, even more so since it’s unlikely that Mourinho will only use the Swede sparingly.
The Belgian striker went through a small goal drought but managed to find the net in the same game Zlatan returned in but it was perhaps Paul Pogba’s presence that was more influential in Romelu finding the net.
Jose will certainly be happier than United fans for the former PSG man’s return as he allows the Portuguese manager the tactical flexibility he craves so deeply and with a fit Ibrahimovic, anything is possible for the Red Devils.
