West Ham are the latest club to enter the race to sign West Brom striker Salomon Rondon this summer, according to the Mirror.
The player is set to be available for £16 million as a result of his release clause, after the Baggies were relegated to the Championship this summer.
New Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini worked with the player at his previous club Malaga and is keen to link up with the target man once more.
Despite the club’s struggles Rondon performed well throughout and is likely to leave the Hawthorns this summer, whether he goes to West Ham or not.

Other top clubs including Spurs and Chelsea have also been suggested as possible bidders for the forward.
The club are well aware that they will have to sell the Venezuela international following their relegation, and it seems to be a matter of “when” and not “if” the departure occurs.
