Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has accepted a £8,000 fine after being charged with misconduct by the FA following his sending-off against Swansea on Wednesday night, Sky Sports report.
Conte will not face a touchline ban as he is subject to a standard FA charge. Conte was sent to the stands after complaining to the officials for what he believed was obvious time-wasting by the Swansea players.
The incident took place in the 43rd minute of the clash at Stamford Bridge and referee Neil Swarbrick decided to give Conte his marching orders after the Italian was seen yelling in the face of fourth official Lee Mason.
The Chelsea boss originally misunderstood Swarbrick as he made his way to the back of the dugout, before the referee ordered him to sit further up in the stands.

After the game, which saw Chelsea come out as 1-0 winners thanks to an Antonio Rudiger header, Conte addressed his sending off to the media.
I saw that the opponent was wasting time and that is the reason I spoke a few times with the fourth official. In that moment, I was angry but I know that is it right to apologise to them.
