Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will not what to see the stats listed below in reference to his reign at Old Trafford.
The legendary Norwegian enjoyed a brilliant start to his era with fans admitting it was the best football they’ve seen since Sir Alex Ferguson’s retirement.
Solskjaer’s effect was so great he was handed the reigns on a more permanent basis having initially been hired as an interim manager.
United seemingly went on a downhill since and while fans were patient towards the end of the last season, many expected a better start to the campaign than it has been so far.
Solskjaer’s side currently sit in 12th place and a loss in their next fixture, against Liverpool, could see them fall into the relegation zone.

It’s difficult to imagine Solskjaer turning around Manchester United’s season now but it’s likely the board will stick by him, at least until Christmas time.
They have publicly insisted they won’t fire the former Molde man as they believe in his project but should the club still be mid-table by the winter transfer window, it’s likely he’ll be gone.
After all, supporters have grown increasingly frustrated, not just with Solskjaer but with the several years without Premier League success.
