It looks like Tiemoue Bakayoko is set to receive a second chance to impress at Chelsea after his agent confirmed he wants to stay at the club.
Bakayoko was shipped off to AC Milan on loan by Maurizio Sarri last summer to accommodate the captures of Napoli’s Jorginho and Real Madrid’s Matteo Kovacic, and he impressed in Serie A.
The Frenchman’s agent has come out and confirmed his Milan departure though, stating he wants to stay at Stamford Bridge and play Champions League football, cited by @TheMilanBible.

Kovacic’s stay isn’t likely to be made permanent ahead of Sarri’s imminent departure, whilst the Italian’s switch to Juventus has also raised question marks over Jorginho’s future after a less than convincing first campaign in England.
Chelsea paid AS Monaco £36million for the 24-year-old back in 2017 and he made 43 appearances in Antonio Conte’s final season, scoring and assisting three goals.
With the Blues’ two-window transfer ban looming, Bakayoko should be a welcome returnee to the club ahead of a vital rebuild and now has a second chance to make it in England.
