Manchester United star Ashley Young was incredibly frustrating during the 1-0 loss vs Barcelona at Old Trafford.
The Englishman has been on the decline for quite a few months now and although he was defensively decent, it was his offensive play that let down supporters.
United often worked the ball well against the Spanish side, finding Young free on the right flank only for him to deliver in a poor ball.
The veteran is a former winger which makes it even more absurd that he can’t seem to find his teammates in the opponent’s box.
Ashley is currently Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first-choice right-back but surely questions must be asked over his performances.
Ashley Young has attempted 13 crosses in his last 2 games, and none of them have been accurate.

What makes it even more infuriating is that the Red Devils heavily rely on their full-backs for width and crosses.
Their ‘natural’ wingers often cut inside, leaving them space to maraud into and that’s exactly what they do.
Although Luke Shaw could improve this aspect of his play as well, Young’s crossing ability is shocking.
Romelu Lukaku has played in both of the fixtures aforementioned so it shouldn’t be this difficult to find him in comparison to the leaner or smaller players in Anthony Martial or Marcus Rashford.
