Juventus manager Massimo Allegri has again added to the rumours that he could be leaving the club at the end of the season, with reports circulating he could be on his way to Chelsea.
The Italian was speaking after his side drew with Ajax in the UEFA Champions League, with Cristiano Ronaldo getting the lone goal for the Serie A side.
However, speaking after the game, Allegri said, via the Mirror:
My future? A coach does not last forever.
Allegri has been touted as a potential successor to Maurizio Sarri at Chelsea, with bookies slashing the odds on him managing the Blues next season.
Juventus are worried that Allegri could leave the club, with his deal at the Italian giants expiring in 2020.
It had been expted that Allegri would stay at the club, with the Juventus boss saying that:
I would love to be compared to [Sir Alex] Ferguson, because it would mean staying for many years at Juve.
With pressure remaining on Maurizio Sarri at Chelsea, these comments will just add to the rumours surrounding the Italian’s future at the club.
