Hazard to tell Chelsea he wants Real move

Eden Hazard is expected to inform Chelsea of his desire to join Real Madrid in the near future.

Matt Law of the Telegraph reports that the player has not yet told the club about the decision he has made regarding his future.

Reports in France have recently emerged in which Hazard confirms his mind is made up.

The player was speaking in a documentary that is due to air later this week.

Hazard is out of contract at Stamford Bridge at the end of next season and Chelsea will be keen to avoid a similar situation to the one that saw Thibaut Courtois run down his contract and leave for transfer fee far below his true market value.

The report claims that Real could look to offer as much as £100 million to get a deal over the line at the end of the season.

Hazard has reportedly rejected two contract offers, a signal that his long-term future lies away from Stamford Bridge.
