Arsenal youngster Emile Smith Rowe is reportedly set to join the Bundesliga side RB Leipzig on a loan deal which could last 18 months (via Football.London).
There is definitely a growing trend of young British players heading to the Bundesliga and it seems as if another could soon be on their way.
Emile Smith Rowe has had something of a breakthrough season for Arsenal in cup competitions but now looks set to swap England for Germany.
The 18-year-old is reportedly set to move to Red Bull Leipzig on a six-month loan deal with an option for a further year if things go well.
Perisic to Arsenal off – #Inter ended all player talks yesterday, #AFC attempts to structure loan + option (+ penalty fee if option not taken) of no interest. Nkunku efforts ongoing but now very unlikely #PSG. Suarez announcement soon. Smith Rowe #RBLeipzig loan, no option to buy

Smith Rowe has scored an impressive three goals in just six appearances for the Arsenal first team this season.
Reports in England suggest that Smith Rowe is viewed as a future first-team player by Arsenal and that this loan move is just about him getting game time.
It seems like a great piece of business for Arsenal. Emile Smith Rowe is clearly a hugely talented player and can hopefully impress in the Bundesliga just like his former Gunners teammate, Reiss Nelson. Let’s hope he can develop well and return to the club a better player.
