Gonzalo Higuain has been pictured leaving Milan as he prepares to finalise his move to Chelsea.
As cited on the Mirror, pictures emerged of the striker flying out of Italy, with medical believed to be scheduled for later today.
Chelsea are in a race against time to complete a deal for the striker. The Blues need to have him registered by midday to ensure that he can play against Tottenham in the Carabao Cup on Thursday night.
Albeit at short notice, having the striker available for the game will come as a major boost to Maurizio Sarri, who has seen the pressure rise in recent weeks.
It was confirmed yesterday that Krzysztof Piatek is closing in on his move to Milan, with Gennaro Gattuso’s men getting a replacement lined up before allowing Higuain to move on.
Chelsea have agreed a loan deal until the end of the season with Juventus, while also having the options of a further 12 months.
