Eriksen’s current deal with the Premier League side runs until 2020 and you can imagine that if Spurs are forced into selling him, they would much prefer to send him to Spain than see the midfielder join a local rival.
Given the tense rivalry that has emerged between the two London sides in recent years, it would be a tough deal for Chelsea to try and negotiate.
