Milan are the latest club to express an interest in Chelsea defender Gary Cahill, according to reports in Italy.
Calciomercato claim that Gennaro Gattuso’s men could consider a move to sign the English defender, who is out of contract at the end of the season.
It has been widely reported that Cahill will leave the club either in January or at the end of the season.
Southampton, West Ham, Manchester United and Aston Villa have all been linked with moves to sign the player.
It had been suggested that Chelsea could allow him to leave on loan in January before sealing a permanent exit in the summer.
Milan are in the market for a central defender in January after losing former Chelsea target Mattia Caldara to a lengthy injury.
They are also without the experienced Mateo Musacchio, leaving them short of options at the back.
With plenty of potential suitors closer to home, Cahill will need to decide if he wants to venture abroad at this stage in his career.
