Pictures: Man United make classy gesture to Thai Wild Boars football team

The ‘Wild Boars’ football team from Thailand were given an experience they would never forget by Manchester United over the weekend.

12 boys and their coach were trapped in a cave in Northern Thailand for over two weeks earlier this year. All of them made it out safely but one diver passed away during a heroic evacuation operation which lasted around 72 hours.

Many of them are Man United fans and the club, soon after their evacuation, invited all of them to Old Trafford for the 2-1 win over Everton. The boys got to sit in the director’s box, meet Jose Mourinho and several players, and of course see Anthony Martial at his very best.
