Italian giants AC Milan are reportedly weighing up a January move for Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas, according to football.london.
The Spaniard has made over 150 appearances for the Blues, finding the back of the net 21 times and providing 55 assists since joining from Barcelona in 2014.
However, the 31-year-old has recently been linked with a move to the San Siro by Corriere dello Sport – via Football Italia.
Former Blues team mate Tiemoue Bakayoko made the move to Milan over the summer and with Fabregas’s contract at Stamford Bridge up in the summer, the Blues may well accept an offer from the Italian giants at the beginning of the new year.
Fabregas started in the Community Shield against Manchester City last month under new boss Maurizio Sarri, however, an injury forced him off after an hour and the midfielder hasn’t featured since.
The midfielder, who has won two Premier League titles at Stamford Bridge, could well return against Cardiff City after the international break, but his permanent future in London is reportedly up in the air.
