Manchester United star Luke Shaw has sent fans a reassuring message after his injury during England’s clash with Spain.
The two nations met for their first ever UEFA Nations League fixture with the latter running out with all three points.
Shaw was called up by Gareth Southgate following his impressive start to the season with United.
He even began the match itself well too, providing an assist for Marcus Rashford‘s opener before suffering an injury.
Many supporters were on edge and felt greatly concerned for the left-back but he’s sought to ease their worries.
Thank you for all the love and support I am doing fine and am in the best hands. I’m a fighter so I will be back soon!

Hopefully they’re not just positive words and Luke can quickly be given the all clear to continue playing without interruption.
With the youngster finally recovering from his horrific leg injury, there was a worry he’d gotten himself hurt again already.
The Red Devils fan base hope to see a fully fit and firing Shaw for the whole season rather than just for a short burst.
Jose Mourinho will certainly want his star to return to Old Trafford rather than risk further injury even if deemed fit to play by the England staff.
Luke was nominated as the club’s best player in August and there’s a great feeling he can continue to win the next few months as well.
