Crystal Palace right-back Aaron Wan-Bisakka is open to joining Manchester United, who are determined to sign the Englishman this window, according to the Times‘ Sam Pilger.
The 21-year-old has enjoyed an impressive campaign under Roy Hodsgon during which he made 35 Premier League appearances and played with superb intensity.
Man United, who are prioritising young British talent this summer, have established keen interest in Wan-Bissaka since the turn of the year. The defender did indicate he wanted to stay at Selhurst Park for another season.
However, according to Pilger, United are desperate to sign Wan-Bissakka and will submit a bid worth around £50m, which should be enough to convince Palace to sell.

This is a player who can be signed with a strong enough bid from United. At some point, the money makes too much sense to turn down.
Palace’s board may be reluctant to relinquish such a big talent but even they, along with Hodgson (a purist who has overseen many young players move to the next level), will not stand in Wan-Bissaka’s way, so long as the youngster wants a move and the bid is strong enough.
It would be more than shrewd business from United. Signing Wan-Bissaka, above anything, is just straight common sense.
