Manchester United star Anthony Martial reportedly walked out when his future at the club was being discussed which will surely worry fans.
The Frenchman’s future is very much up in the air with their being contradicting reports on whether he’s staying at Old Trafford or not.
Some have claimed Martial is set to stay and will have a contract extension trigger as United’s hierarchy believe in his limitless potential.
Others believe the youngster is blames Jose Mourinho for not being called up to the French squad that would eventually go on to win the World Cup and want’s to get his career back on track by leaving.
Either way this latest report isn’t encouraging at all for supporters who believe the former AS Monaco man has a future at the club as it certainly suggests he will be leaving.
According to the Telegraph, when Anthony was asked following the goalless draw against San Jose Earthquakes, if he wishes to stay at the club, he smiled and walked away.
In terms of official news, the attacker’s agent had earlier claimed his client wishes to depart following a breakdown in contract negotiations.
It’s believed though the Red Devils’ board are unconcerned with those claims as they think it’s simply a negotiation tactic and they won’t surrender to it.
