Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho believes Chelsea won’t make a move for Willian possible as reports continue to link him with Old Trafford.
The Portuguese boss was said to be interested in his former player despite the winger seemingly set to remain at Stamford Bridge next season.
Willian is considered to be one of the Blues’ best players but his future as well as other of their stars has been up in the air due to Antonio Conte’s possible departure.
The Italian manager has underperformed with his side this season and is reportedly set to be sacked though he won’t mind it much considering how he’s been eyeing up the Italy job.
Mourinho though has apparently admitted to interest in the Brazilian but has brushed reports away by claiming Chelsea would never make a transfer possible.
Mourinho: “Who knows we can have a Brazilian in the squad next year. I don't believe it will be Willian, because Chelsea won't make it possible." #mufc [ESPN]

There’s no doubt the kind of quality Willian would bring to United and he would seemingly slot in effortlessly in the right wing.
Jose previously claimed he was delighted with his current crop of attackers and will only focus on improving his defence and midfield.
Chelsea under normal circumstances may never allow the move but it was what fans also thought last season about Nemanja Matic and the uncertainty over Conte’s future could work into the Red Devils’ hands.
