Man Utd fans react to Herrera's performance vs Tottenham

Manchester United fans were absolutely delighted with Ander Herrera‘s performance vs Tottenham in the FA Cup semi-final win at Wembley.

Jose Mourinho led his side to a superb comeback win after the London club opened the scoring though it wasn’t long after that Alexis Sanchez equalised.

With the game evenly poised at 1-1 at the break, United came out in the second half to absolutely dominate the game and got their reward through Herrera’s winner.

Spurs were managed beautifully by Mourinho’s men in the second half as they hardly had a chance and failed to threaten enough.

Ander grew into the game as many of his teammates did as well but it was him who had the decisive moment that sent his side into the FA Cup final.

Herrera is exactly the kind of player we need at the club. Heart of a champion.

Jose will be aware that the FA Cup is the only trophy the Red Devils can contend for given how Manchester City were recently crowned champions.

The Portuguese manager’s side also got knocked out of the Carabao Cup and Champions League rather disappointingly but can still end the season fairly well with a trophy in the bag and a second placed finish.

It’s the only acceptable scenario for Manchester United who will be gearing up for the title next season and who better to steal it from than City?
