Manchester United fans were horrified by midfielder Ander Herrera‘s performance vs relegation candidates West Brom.
The Red Devils travelled to the Hawthorns in search of another three points and eventually managed to the grab a narrow win.
United limped over the finish line and much of their poor performance came through the former Atletico Bilbao man.
Herrera, who was rated the club’s player of the year last season has had such a huge fall from grace since.
Fans are baffled by his consistently poor displays and are at a loss of words as to the cause of his decline in form.

We miss Pogba something chronic. Just no penetration through the middle whatsoever.

Unfortunately for Ander Herrera he must shape up or risk being shipped out due to the level of competition in Manchester United’s team.
Paul Pogba, Nemanja Matic, Marouane Fellaini, Michael Carrick and Scott McTominay are the clubs other central midfielders with youngsters Timothy Fosu-Mensah and Andreas Pereira out on loan.
The pair of loaned out players are expected to return to United next season ready for first team action and Herrera may be in trouble.
Pogba and Matic are indisputably the club’s first choice central midfield pairing leaving not much room for numbers in terms of back up players.
The good news is that Fellaini’s contract ends in the summer and it’s looking less and less likely that he will renew.
Carrick is also expected to join the coaching staff next season whilst McTominay, Pereira and Fosu-Mensah will be fighting to prove their worth.
