Inter Milan planning swoop for Chelsea winger

Inter Milan are reportedly interested in signing Charly Musonda from Chelsea.

According to Italian news outlet Tuttosport (via the Daily Mail), the Serie A giants are keen to sign Musonda from the Blues on a loan deal until the end of the season.

Musonda recently put pen to paper on a new long-term contract at Chelsea and it would come as no surprise to see him venture out and gain valuable first-team experience away from Stamford Bridge.

The Belgian youngster is held in extremely high esteem at Chelsea and is regarded as an important player for the future of the club. However, given how many quality options Antonio Conte has on the wings, it’s unlikely that Musonda will gain sufficient game time at Chelsea in the second half of the season.

Inter Milan, too, have an abundance of quality attacking players but it’s said that manager Luciano Spalletti is keen to add depth to his side, with Musonda being eyed.
