Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka could be on the move in January.
A number of English clubs have expressed interest in taking the Englishman on loan during the January transfer window.
West Ham are said to be keen on the United outcast, with David Moyes in dire need of a right-sided fullback.
New Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Julen Lopetegui is also an admirer of the 25-year-old and has the player on his list.
After the Burnley win in the Carabao Cup, Erik ten Hag spoke about Wan-Bissaka who put in a good performance capped by a fine assist, and admitted that the player has a future but has been unfortunate with illness and injuries.
Crystal Palace boss Patrick Vieira has addressed the constant reports linking Wan-Bissaka to a return to Selhurst Park. The Frenchman refused to rule out this possibility.
The Arsenal legend also conceded that Crystal Palace fans love Wan-Bissaka and would be receptive to his return.
Vieira said, “‘Listen, he is a Man United player. We have to respect that and there’s nothing more to say about that. He is a good player, there is no doubt about that.”
“He’s related to this football club and I think he’s been loved by the fans. But again, he’s a United player. I hope we’re going to be busy [in January].”
The Eagles coach added, “We always work hard to try to improve the squad but we know how tough and difficult it is to find the players to improve the team. We are quite short on numbers but it is important to find the right players.”
Palace chairman Steve Parish insisted that any business the London club does during the winter window will purely be loan-based.
It’s therefore likely that Wan-Bissaka would join Vieira’s side on a loan deal for six months with an option or obligation to buy permanently at the end of the season.
