Fans' Player Ratings: 'Almost perfect performance' from forward but shocker from 23-year-old

Manchester United fans on The United Peoples TV Discord server have been awarding their player ratings for the side’s 3-2 win against Sheffield United this evening. Here is a selection of some of their scores:

Dean Henderson 4 – Honestly, he wasn’t good at all tonight. Below average performance and had a shocker. First goal conceded was disastrous, the second one he was just ball watching. What was he doing? (posted by JoeGosh)

Aaron Wan-Bissaka 7 – Great defensively tonight, just needs to improve himself going forward (posted by UtdXNte)

Victor Lindelof 7 – Good in defence, but being bullied whenever the ball is in the air. Superb assist for Rashy goal (posted by Kisio86)

Harry Maguire 7 – Good game from Harry, won the headers, but did not seem to be too vocal when we needed him in the second half (posted by Cal)

Alex Telles 7.5 – Easily his best performance in a United shirt yet, albeit against the bottom of the table (posted by Vociferous Davey)

Nemanja Matic 5 – Mistakes after mistakes. I personally don’t think we can rely on Matic as a starter, however he didn’t have a shocker as he was sometimes great on the ball and alert to his surroundings (posted by JoeGosh)

Paul Pogba 8 – Great game from Pogba, continues to silence his critics with assists. He is still easily pressed, and needs to improve his defensive game if he wants to become the world class player he thinks he is (posted by Cal)

Bruno Fernandes 6.5 – Needs more rest than what he’s been getting (posted by Vociferous Davey)

Mason Greenwood 6 – Very quiet down the right hand side, yet again he’s a kid after all and I believe he’ll get better and better (posted by UtdXNte)

Marcus Rashford 9 – Almost a perfect performance. Wonderful goal and going forward he is just so smooth and perfect (posted by JoeGosh)

Anthony Martial 8 – 8 – Made some great runs on and off the ball (posted by Vociferous Davey)

Substitutes

Juan Mata 6 – Almost had an assist, but OK game to come into as a sub. No mistakes (posted by Cal)

Donny van de Beek 6 – Decent game, nothing to shout about (posted by Kisio86)

Scott McTominay 6 – Did great defensive work towards the end of the game, but too late with the substitution (posted by UtdXNte)

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer 10 – For the fight against Chris Wilder. You don’t see that happen often (posted by Kisio86).
