Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford‘s names may have been on the scoresheet but Paul Pogba was perhaps just as instrumental as both in the crucial win over Sheffield United.
Manchester United fell behind as they often have this campaign but roared back with a brace from the talented duo.
Pogba played his part though and looked good in a double pivot alongside Nemanja Matic as he goes from strength to strength.
The talented Frenchman seems to be finding form at the right time for United as they embark on the busy festive fixture list.
If Poogba keeps up his performances then perhaps fans will forget the inflammatory comments recently made by his agent Mino Raiola.

As the statistics show, Pogba was all over the pitch and his defensive numbers are just as impressive as his attacking ones.
His pass accuracy could improve a little as even he would admit he was loose at times but he’s not normally that wasteful.
Pogba did play a bunch of dangerous passes as well and so that could also explain why he wasn’t as accurate as usual.
Nonetheless, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will feel great relief that he has the former Juventus man back fit and firing again as United attempt to climb the league table.
Edinson Cavani has made quite an impact since his deadline day arrival at Old Trafford, but how much do you know about our other South American players, past and present? Take our quiz below to find out!
