Manchester United players head off for the widely popular September international break and will have the chance to restore some confidence following a poor pair of performances.
Paul Pogba, who picked up an ankle injury against Southampton, has been withdrawn from the France squad and replaced by Mateo Guendouzi.
Perhaps the most notable pair of fixtures to be played are the ones involving Wales, with Daniel James – Man United’s shining light on Saturday – set to start and youngster Dylan Levitt included in Ryan Giggs’ latest squad.
