Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reportedly order Romelu Lukaku to do something that hurt and isolated him and so saw him leave to train with Anderlecht.
There have been mixed reports whether the prolific Belgian was allowed to go to Anderlecht or not but the latest claims he was meant to have reported back to training and has failed to do so.
It’s also believed Lukaku wasn’t given permission and was fined the maximum possible fine for disobeying the club.
It seems almost impossible now for the former Everton man to have a future at United, whether or not he’s sold this summer.
Solskjaer has not used Lukaku at all in pre-season and the likelihood is that he won’t be used in the competitive season either.

It seems a little harsh for the legendary Norwegian to do such a thing but given how he only wants committed players who want to play for the club, it would make sense for him to isolate Lukaku.
After all, the powerful forward has flirted with a move to the Serie A all summer and it’s been claimed he’s furious with executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward for not reducing the asking price for him so he can leave.
