Manchester United have reportedly wrapped up their second transfer of the summer after agreeing a £50m fee with Crystal Palace for Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
The Englishman has been in embroiled in one of the transfer window’s biggest sagas and will surely be happy to see his future cleared up.
The defender emerged as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s priority signing as United’s leaky backline was in need of desperate investment.
It appears Palace have taken full advantage of their desperation by getting the Norwegian to break the club record for a defender.
Wan-Bissaka’s potential is limitless and is the reason why the London club were trying their best to squeeze out every penny for the deal.
According to the BBC, Aaron will have his medical as soon as possible before going on holiday and will see his wages rise from £10k per week to £90k per week after joining the Red Devils.
Fans will be happy to finally get their hands on a player they believe will help take their club’s defence to the next level.
There’s certainly question marks over how much was spent and what the transfer means for Diogo Dalot but overall the reaction will definitely be a positive one.
