Reports linking Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri with a return to Italy are picking up pace, with the Italian rumoured to be in talks with Juventus.
It was confirmed on Friday that current Juventus manager Max Allegri will leave the club at the end of the season, sparking speculation that they could move to bring Sarri to Turin.
Allegri ends his time with the club one year early, terminating his contract by mutual consent, bringing his five-year spell with the club to an end.
The former Milan coach will hold a joint press conference with club president Andrea Agnelli on Saturday afternoon.
And according to Football Italia, the Italian coach is in talks to move to the Juventus Stadium, where he could link up again with Gonzalo Higuain following the expiry of his Chelsea loan deal, with the Blues not keen on making his move permanent.
Meanwhile, Sky Sports Italia have mentioned Bologna and former Milan manager Sinisa Mihajlovic as another possible target for the soon-to-be vacant managerial position.
In Sarri’s first season in charge at Stamford Bridge, the former Napoli boss took the club to the EFL Cup Final, and will soon take his side to face Arsenal in the Europa League final.
