Everton are reportedly targeting Chelsea youngster Reece James, the full-back who spent the 2018/19 season on loan at Wigan Athletic.
James made 45 appearances for the Latics, chipping in with three goals and three assists during that time.
And according to the Liverpool Echo, cited by HITC, Everton are now targeting the Chelsea man who is valued at £15 million.
James has come on a long way at Wigan over the past 12 months and has made a name for himself, with Crystal Palace and Brighton also monitoring the teenager.
The youngster was also in the nominations for the EFL Team of Season following his excellent campaign.
Everton are looking to replace Seamus Coleman, who struggled to make much of an impact for the Toffees this season.
At the age of 19, there’s no doubt that James will only get better and improve.
It is also reported that Manchester United are interested in the youngster, however, it remains unclear as to whether or not Chelsea will be willing to offload the youngster in the summer.
