Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was clearly furious with his side’s performance in the 2-1 defeat to Wolves in the FA Cup quarter-finals.
The Norwegian watched on helplessly as his players fell to the stubborn home side who arguably could’ve had more goals.
The scoreline actually favours United as it could’ve been more embarrassing with their only goal coming in the last minute from Marcus Rashford.
Solskjaer has been fairly positive since his arrival to Old Trafford with many praising his impact at lifting the mood at the club but here he was critical.
The Red Devils’ only shot at a realistic trophy this season was the FA Cup and now their attentions will turn to the Champions League and the race for a top four spot in the Premier League.

Some Manchester United fans believe Ole’s attacking and direct style of football has come back to haunt him in recent weeks.
The players have looked lethargic of late and the suggestion is that they’re tired from the stresses of the tactic as well as switching styles half way through the season.
Had Solskjaer been in charge from the start then the players’ fitness could’ve been worked on in pre-season.
However, other supporters feel that it is just an excuse for the players as they’ve had a week off since their last fixture.
