Real Madrid star Gareth Bale has reportedly bought a house in Manchester in the biggest hint yet to a potential move to Manchester United.
The Welshman has been linked with a move to Old Trafford for a few seasons now yet he’s never truly come close to completing the transfer.
Bale was widely sought after by many United fans who believed he would bring the right X-factor they’ve been missing for a few years now.
The former Tottenham man though ended up remaining in Madrid while it was Alexis Sanchez who eventually made the switch from Arsenal.
The Red Devils signed the Chilean in a free switch with Henrikh Mkhitaryan going the opposite direction.
According to Manchester Evening News, Don Balon report that Gareth wants Real to accept the £68m United are willing to offer since he’s bought a house in Manchester and agreed personal terms already.
However, the Spanish giants won’t accept less than £103m despite the Welshman threatening to see out his contract.
Sanchez’s poor form has seen many rumours surface, claiming he will be moved on this summer to make way for a real superstar.
Although Bale used to fit that mould, he’s now 29 years old and has been injury prone for seasons now.
