Chelsea scouts watch United and City target during international qualifier

Chelsea were among the teams to have scouts watching Wales’ victory over Slovakia on Sunday.

A report from TEAMtalk explains that the Premier League’s elite descended into Wales to watch Inter defender Milan Skriniar.

Scouts from Liverpool, Manchester City, United and Spurs were all present to see Ryan Giggs’ side win narrowly, kicking off their Euro 2020 qualification campaign with a win.

Skriniar is being heavily linked with a move away from the San Siro and the report claims that the Serie A side could be tempted by a summer sale.

A host of clubs are said to be watching the player, with City among the most recent to be linked with a big-money move.

Skriniar is a player that has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in the past, but the potential incoming transfer ban could complicate matters for the Blues.
