New Chelsea signing comments on joining the club

Christian Pulisic has said that he is delighted to have signed for Chelsea from Borussia Dortmund this week.

As quoted by Simon Johnson of the Evening Standard, Pulisic said this:

Pulisic has completed a £57m move to Chelsea and has been loaned back to Dortmund until the end of the season.

The American midfielder has found game-time hard to come by in the Bundesliga, with only five starts to his name, but is still regarded as a promising talent in Europe.

Chelsea have moved quickly to secure the deal before the summer, with some reported competition for his signature in recent weeks.

He becomes Chelsea’s first signing of the January transfer window, with the club also expected to look for a new striker this month.
