Eden Hazard names the two players who he thinks deserve the Ballon d'Or more than he does

Chelsea forward Eden Hazard is being tipped by some to be a possible Ballon d’Or winner this season but the Belgian, in an honest interview, has told Eleven Sports (NL) that he doesn’t deserve to win the award.

Hazard was one of the best players at the World Cup as Belgium reached the semi-finals and he has enjoyed a great start to the new season. Added to that, Hazard scored the winning goal in the FA Cup final.

However, Hazard thinks that there are a few players who deserve the award more than he does, and when pushed for names, he mentioned Luka Modric and Kylian Mbappe

Modric helped guide Croatia to the World Cup final and was a key figure as Real Madrid won the Champions League once again, whilst Mbappe won the World Cup with France and helped PSG dominate in France once again.
