Burnley and Fulham are amongst the teams looking at Chelsea defender Jake Clarke-Salter, according to reports.
The 21-year-old is currently on loan at Vitesse Arnhem, where he’s seemingly caught the eye of scouts across Europe.
Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen are also keeping tabs on the defender and they could make him the latest English youngster to make a move to the Bundesliga.
Clarke-Salter, who has had loan spells at Bristol Rovers and Sunderland in the past, has been in good form in the Netherlands and has been named in the Eredivisie Team of the Week a few times already this season.
Chelsea have the option to recall Clarke-Salter from his loan spell in January and if they think that he’ll get enough game-time at either Burnley or Fulham, they could decide to send him to one of those clubs so he can get Premier League experience.
The defender is highly though of at Chelsea and is under contract until 2021.
