Nemanja Matic and Marouane Fellaini have both picked up injuries ahead of the international break.
The pair both featured in the 3-2 win over Newcastle United last weekend, with Matic playing some of the game at centre back and Fellaini coming on at half time.
Fellaini withdrew from Belgium training on Tuesday but has not been released from the squad, which suggests his injury is not too serious.

Matic, on the other hand, has indeed withdrawn from the Serbia squad ahead of internationals against Montenegro and Romania. He is a doubt to recover in time for the visit to Chelsea on October 20.

The midfielder has looked out of sorts throughout the campaign having undergone surgery over the summer, lacking the right speed and movement during Man United’s poor run of results this season.
Supporters will hope he comes back fresh and that Jose Mourinho, in the meantime, hands more chances to Fred, whose last start came against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
