Chelsea transfer target Kalidou Koulibaly has praised head coach Maurizio Sarri for the work he did at Napoli.
Koulibaly played at Napoli under Sarri last season and has claimed that the Italian changed the way he watches football.
The defender has hailed Sarri’s style of football, after Napoli’s second-placed finish in the Serie A last season.
Speaking to Football Italia, Koulibaly said this:
Rafa Benitez and Ancelotti have a pretty similar style of football. I was also fortunate enough to play with Sarri and his football was truly wonderful.

He allowed me to see football and games in a different way. His philosophy was concentrated on tactics, it was all predicted and planned with him.
Today, when I watch a game involving any other team, I don’t see it the same way as I did four or five years ago. I owe that to Sarri.
Chelsea have been heavily linked with a move for Koulibaly, as the club look to strengthen their defensive options.
The Senegalese international has played 174 games for Napoli in all competitions since joining from Genk in 2014 and has built a reputation as one of the best central defenders in Europe.
He came close to a £12m move to the Premier League with Norwich City in 2015, but Chelsea would now be expected to pay in the region of £80m for the defender.
