Real Madrid and Spain captain Sergio Ramos further endeared himself to Manchester United supporters by wishing Luke Shaw well after he suffered a nasty head collision last night.
The Spaniard put Mohamed Salah out of the Champions League final in May with a heavy challenge, sending Liverpool fans into a fit of rage so intense they actually put together a petition for the game to be replayed.
Liverpool fans continued to bawl over the incident over the summer and Ramos, a world class ‘s***house’, took great pleasure in poking fun at the club and manager Jurgen Klopp.
Ramos, however, was quick to send Shaw a message of goodwill after he was forced off on a stretcher during Spain’s 2-1 win over England.
Get well soon, @LukeShaw23!

Anybody who wants to know about winning trophies, winning big games and decisive encounters, they should look at Sergio Ramos.
This is why Liverpool are a kind of natural enemy to him. He is a player who, one way or another, ends up on the winning side. Winning lies in his DNA.
And he is also a remarkable cage rattler. I have no doubts that, by sending a message to a United player, he was not just simply exhibiting good sportsmanship.
Never change, Sergio.
