Manchester United are confident they can secure the signing of Willian from Chelsea this summer.
The Manchester Evening News believe that Chelsea will need to make a big sale this summer to boost their own transfer kitty.
The report claims that a deal to sell Willian to Manchester United would also boost their chances of keeping Eden Hazard at the club.
The new Chelsea boss is likely to be given somewhere in the region of £60 million to spend, but as per the report, Willian could bring in a further £50 million.
United have been long-term admirers of Willian and he is a player that Jose Mourinho is a known admirer of.
Willian fell out of favour under Antonio Conte during the second half of the season and is ready to push for a move if the latter remains in charge.
However, the Brazilian could still leave the club, even if Maurizio Sarri does take over this summer, which is looking increasingly likely.
