Manchester United fans were ecstatic following the club’s official announcement of Fred signing from Shakhtar Donetsk and can now look forward to other transfers.
Diogo Dalot and the Brazilian were announcement almost at the same time but while the former’s transfer was completed, the latter took some time.
The midfielder’s transfer fee was agreed but there was still work to be done in regards to his work permit, medical and personal details which worried some fans.
However, that’s all been dealt with and now Fred is officially a United player with Jose Mourinho beating Manchester City’s Pep Guardiola to the punch.
Now supporters can enjoy watching their new signing at the World Cup with Brazil before he meets up with the rest of the Red Devils’ squad for pre-season.
Happy days – hopefully Fred can do a good job for us! pic.twitter.com/KABnK2YWZA

Fred was signed for a fee that’s reported to be around the £50m figure which is not bad considering today’s market and how many European clubs were chasing his signature.
Mourinho has already discussed how the former Shakhtar Donetsk man is expected to complement the club’s already existing midfielders in Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic.
A midfield three is sure to excite fans who are hoping to see the best out of the Frenchman next season.
