Manchester United star Nemanja Matic believes the squad need a few more players in order to challenge for the Premier League title, backing his manager in the transfer window.
Jose Mourinho is set to overhaul his defence and midfield according to some reports in a summer that may very well define his career at Old Trafford after a frustrating season.
United have managed to finish second as well as make it to the FA Cup final but it’s still left a lot to be desired by fans who believe the club should do better.
Mourinho has brought in Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Eric Bailly, Victor Lindelof, Romelu Lukaku, Nemanja Matic and finally Alexis Sanchez since joining the club.
Many believes he’s done some top business in the transfer markets but will need to do more with Matic clearly believing the squad is not up to scratch quite just yet.

The truth is that Jose has a lot of pressure to deliver the title in his third season in charge and should he fail to do so will likely lose his job.
The Red Devils have got some top attacking talent already on board and it’s clear that their defence and midfield just needs some polishing.
