Jose Mourinho has revealed that he told Alexis Sanchez the same thing that he said to Paul Pogba in order to inspire the former to a man of the match performance vs Tottenham.
Manchester United took on the London club at Wembley in the FA Cup semi-finals and completed a superb comeback win to send themselves into the final.
Mourinho’s men found themselves trailing after a turbulent first 20 minutes but it wasn’t too long before Sanchez scored the equaliser through a Pogba assist.
United then controlled the game in the second half and netted the winner through an effort that was blasted in by Ander Herrera.
Despite many players raising their game, Alexis was the one who stood out and rose to the big occasion with Jose being questioned as to whether he had any role in that happening.

It’s clear that Jose Mourinho likes his players to keep things simple and cause damage through simplicity but it’s also because he wants them to show consistency.
