Man City boss Pep Guardiola wants to sign Chelsea star this summer

Pep Guardiola is looking to splash the cash once again this summer as he looks to build a side at Manchester City that can not only dominate the Premier League, but the Champions League too.

According to a report from James Ducker of the Telegraph, Guardiola is looking to sign a defensive midfielder, a forward and a centre-half.

His targets range from Borussia Dortmund’s Julian Weigl to Shakhtar Donetsk’s Fred, but the one player he wants more than any other is Chelsea’s Eden Hazard.

Guardiola apparently sees the Belgian as his ‘dream’ signing and if the Blues do decide to cash in on him, City will be interested.

However, there is said to be an acceptance at the Premier League champions-elect that Chelsea will not be willing to sell Hazard to them and that if he does leave Stamford Bridge this summer, it will be to join Real Madrid.
